张黎黎助理研究员简介
张黎黎,女,1986年生,博士,助理研究员,2017年博士毕业于中国农业大学观赏园艺专业。2017.8-2019.5在北京市农林科学院生物技术研究所从事博士后研究工作,中期考核被评为“优秀”,出站后留院工作。
多年以来,一直从事植物抗逆和发育相关基因的挖掘利用与功能解析、基因编辑技术在园艺作物中的应用相关科研工作。主持第62批中国博士后基金、北京市博士后基金和北京市农林科学院博士后基金各1项,主持北京市农林科学院青年基金1项,同时参与国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金和北京市农林科学院创新能力建设专项等多个科研项目,授权国家发明专利1项。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文17余篇,其中SCI索引9篇。目前指导研究生1人,协助培养博士后1名,曾协助指导硕士研究生7名。
研究方向:
蔬菜分子生物学,茄果类蔬菜优异基因挖掘与利用,基因编辑技术在茄果类蔬菜中的应用。
