丁捷教授简介
丁捷,女,1985年生,博士,教授级高级工程师,西藏农牧学院硕导,2023年毕业于四川农业大学园艺产品采后科学专业。四川省科技厅、重庆市科技局、广西省科技厅、阿坝州科技局专家库评议专家。先后获得四川旅游学院“教学之星”、“四川旅游学院创新创业训练计划优秀指导教师”等荣誉称号。指导10余名本科生发表期刊论文,其中以学生为第一作者发表北大中文核心期刊论文7篇。指导学生参加四川省互联网+大学生创新创业大赛荣获省级银奖3次、省级铜奖3次,校级铜奖1次;参加“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛,获省级三等奖1次,校级优秀奖1次。
多年以来,一直从事食品相关的教学与科研工作,先后承担省部级项目3项、厅局级项目3项,并取得3项科研成果,先后获得四川省科技进步奖二等奖1项,四川省第十八次社会科学优秀成果评奖三等奖1项,四川旅游学院第五届自然科学优秀成果一等奖1项。发表相关学术论文50余篇,其中SCI论文10多篇。出版学术著作1部,授权发明专利3项,实用新型专利3项。
