崔瑞国简介
崔瑞国，男，1993年生，博士，讲师，2022年毕业于华南理工大学食品科学与工程专业。2023年1月入职河北科技师范学院，现为食品科技学院讲师。
多年以来，一直从事酶工程与油脂工程相关的教学与科研工作，先后主持省级自然科学基金1项，主研国家自然科学基金项目2项。在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文12篇（TOP期刊论文3篇）。
研究方向：农产品精深加工、酶工程与油脂工程
